Job summary
We are now offering an exiting position where you will have an opportunity to shape the future of the Tetra Pak Heat Transfer business.
Responsibilities
- As Manager Heat Transfer you will:
- Understand market and customer needs, the competitive landscape and Tetra Pak’s performance in various Heat Transfer segments.
- Actively participate in strategy development for Tetra Pak’s business and are accountable for strategic plans, their deployment and delivery in Heat Transfer.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to outline and refine the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan
- Ensure successful product development and deployments across the different regions in close cooperation with key stakeholders
- Be accountable for a proactive communication and marketing agenda, internally with the team, and externally towards relevant stakeholders.
- Mange the operational performance of Heat Transfer business including delivery performance.
- Lead and develop a capable and experienced team located in multiple locations
- Full profit & loss accountability for Heat Transfer
- Who you are
- We believe that you have:
- Exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to get things done
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
- A proven track record of leading teams in multicultural settings.
- Track record of P&L responsibility
- A self-motivating, self-starting and enthusiastic approach to work, demonstrating accountability for delivering committed results.
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written is required.
