We are now strengthening our Transformation Management Office team in Helsinki with a Transformation Specialist Trainee!

A few words about the job

As a Transformation Specialist Trainee, you will work as part of OP Pohjola Insurance's function that leads the transformation and supports the coordination of non-life business transformation. In this role, you will produce reports, analyses and presentation materials to support decision-making, and you will participate in monitoring the progress of the transformation and in information management as well as participate in making the transformation process more efficient.

You will support the monitoring of risks, dependencies and development actions, help maintain the transformation roadmap, and take part in developing operating models, processes and tools. You will work closely with senior leaders, transformation specialists, business developers and those responsible for change initiatives.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in business development, project work, analysis, reporting, stakeholder collaboration and change management.

You are in the final stages of your university studies or have recently graduated, preferably in a field of economics and/or technology.
