Haypoint is a Finnish growth-stage company operating in the SaaS sector. We support technology-driven portfolio companies in customer acquisition and sales development. Our current portfolio includes companies such as Vello, Askem, Eventilla and Applixure, and we run outbound sales directly for them, from first outreach to closing and onboarding.
We're growing fast and new portfolio companies are joining soon. This is an open application for native Swedish speakers selling to Sweden. We have roles starting within the next few months, so if you're available soon, apply right away. We also keep a pool of pre-screened candidates who can start at short notice when new portfolio companies join, so even if you can't start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
Role: Consultative, full-cycle B2B sales for the Sweden market
Responsibilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle, from identifying the right companies to closing deals and supporting implementation
- Build relationships with Swedish-speaking decision-makers and understand their business needs
- Shape solutions with the customer and run tailored demos of SaaS products
- Negotiate and close deals
- Build and manage your own pipeline strategically
- What we expect from you
- Native-level Swedish and fluent English, spoken and written
- Sales experience, ideally in B2B or full-cycle closing, and the ambition to develop into a high-value B2B seller
- Education in business, marketing, sales or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work independently, set goals and hit agreed targets with a customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
