As a Service Provider, your duties will include cleaning hotel rooms. You will be independently responsible for your own floor and rooms, ensuring cleanliness and high hygiene standards according to Nordic Swan Ecolabel criteria. You will work in a multicultural environment, and communication within the work community is mainly in English. The work is physical and requires good tolerance for pressure.
What we expect from you?
You must be of legal age (18+).
Flexibility with varying working hours.
Motivation and willingness to commit to quality work.
Good interaction skills, as you will communicate with both the work community and customers.
Sufficient English language skills to ensure safety and quality training. Finnish skills are considered a plus.
Earlier experience from cleaning and / or degree is considered a plus but not necessary.
Non-EU/EEA applicants must already hold a valid residence/work permit that allows employment in Finland.

Salary, working hours, and employment relationship
Employment is temporary and part-time seasonal work. The contract starts on November 23, 2026, and ends on April 4, 2027. The possibility for continuation can be assessed in the spring.
Working hours vary according to occupancy rate approximately 20-30 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday, between 8 AM and 4 PM (08-16).
Salary: In accordance with the collective agreement for the facilities services sec
