People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

About The Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems behind how Peec AI wins customers across Europe: automated enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound that runs without anyone touching it. This is an on-site role in our Berlin office.
Responsibilities
- Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and Clearbit
- Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences, and launch 3 to 5 scalable campaigns each month
- Turn website and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows
- Own the full GTM tech stack: email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data cleanliness, attribution, and the build-versus-buy calls as it evolves
