Our platform helps teams automate complex documentation and compliance workflows, while keeping outputs traceable, reviewable, and audit-ready. Product development in MedTech is highly complex: teams need to manage requirements, documentation, quality processes, regulatory expectations, and internal reviews across many systems and stakeholders. REMATIQ helps customers simplify this work, reduce manual effort, and move faster without compromising on quality or compliance. This role will have a vital part in the shaping and growth of the Delivery organization with building up Customer Success, Support Engineering structures and also working towards internationalizing REMATIQ. We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and work in a hybrid setup, with the team coming together in our office in the heart of Berlin-Mitte typically four days per week. <div style="min-hei
