We are currently looking for an experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for advanced technology products
- Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing documentation using Siemens NX
- Manage product data and engineering documentation in Teamcenter
- Support prototype builds, testing activities, and product validation collaborating with different suppliers
- Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or high-tech industries
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
- Willingness to work on-site in the Western Uusimaa region
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Southern Finland, particularly to supplier and manufacturing sites
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum process, precision equipment, or similar high-technology industries
- Familiarity with ASME and related industrial standards
