Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive and driven Senior Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our fast-growing European business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global consultancy with ambitious regional growth plans.
Based in Helsinki, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Industrial, Science & Technology team in Europe, while supporting recruitment across Data Centre, Life Science and Manufacturing projects in the Nordics.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you will identify, engage, and hire exceptional project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists who help deliver world-class construction projects.
