About your role

As Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing primary packaging materials within your area of responsibility. The position can be based in Espoo, Turku or Salo, with the possibility of hybrid working and will report to Tero Löytänä, Head of Primary Packaging Materials & Cleaning Validation. The position is fixed-term until 31 December 2028.

Your key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities and activities include:

Managing change controls and assessing changes related to primary packaging materials

Evaluating the suitability and functionality of new primary packaging materials

Providing expertise on primary packaging materials and managing related documentation

Contributing to marketing authorisation applications and variations

Managing quality requirements and specifications for primary packaging materials

Planning test runs
