Responsibilities
- Role Purpose
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality through effective resolution of customer quality issues and continuous improvement of quality performance. Ensure customer requirements are captured, defined, and followed throughout projects. Lead quality improvement and prevention initiatives while managing a team of Customer Quality Engineers.
- Lead Customer Quality, Team Leadership and Quality Performance
- Lead customer quality activities across the CPS business unit from FWT through installation and serial life.
- Deliver quality objectives related to problem solving, problem prevention, customer satisfaction, and overall quality performance.
- Monitor quality levels achieved in projects after FWT.
- Lead, develop, coach, and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, acting as a role model and fostering a strong quality culture.
- Support the application of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, A3, Six Sigma, auditing, and continuous improvement.
