ANALYTICS DEVELOPER

to join our Digital & AI function in Espoo, Finland.

What is the job that awaits you?

As an Analytics Developer, you will design, develop and maintain secure, user-friendly and high-performing Power BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will transform business and analytical requirements into governed and reusable semantic models, reports and dashboards in close cooperation with business stakeholders and IT professionals. You will also play a key role in renewing the way we lead with data and insights by developing key components of AI-driven business intelligence capabilities that make analytics more proactive, conversational and accessible to users.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining Power BI solutions, including semantic models, DAX calculations, and visualization. You will ensure that the solutions comply with Metsä's architecture, security, governance, user experience and development practices.
