We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and develop Lappset Group's global marketing and strengthen the role of marketing in supporting our international growth.

Do you want to shape how a global Finnish brand grows, develops and connects with customers around the world?

As Head of Marketing, you will lead an international marketing team of six professionals and take overall responsibility for Lappset's marketing ecosystem. Your scope covers brand, strategic planning, campaigns, content, marketing technology, digital customer acquisition and data-driven marketing.

You will work closely with sales, product development, design, country organizations and our international partner network to strengthen the Lappset brand and turn marketing activities into customer interest, commercial opportunities and growth.

As Head of Marketing, you will:

Lead and develop an international marketing team of six professionals working across several countries.

Set direction and priorities for the marketing team and support the professional development of team members.

Take overall responsibility for Lappset's global marketing strategy, planning and budgets.

Lead and develop the Lappset brand in close cooperation with product development and design.

Drive campaigns, content and marketing activities across different channels and markets.

Develop digital customer acquisition, marketing technology and data-driven marketing.
