Your role: connect business direction with people decisions

As a HR Manager in Finland, you will work closely with the Finnish BU Director and leadership team to translate business priorities into practical people and organisational solutions. Your HR responsibility covers employees across Finland, including those working in regional support functions.

You will report to the Senior Director HR, Region Europe North (REN), and be part of the regional (REN) HR leadership team.
