Smart Edu Bridge Oy is looking for a fluent Finnish speaking Programme Coordinator to support our ongoing project that builds pathways between Finnish employers, candidates and vocational institutes, leading to educational training and development opportunities.
About the role
You will coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, act as a key link between employers, vocational schools, and learners, and help ensure smooth delivery of educational training pathways and development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure effective and timely implementation.
- Drive business development and partnership growth with Finnish employers and vocational institutions through targeted marketing, lead generation, persuasive engagement, and consultative sales.
- Lead employer and recruiter acquisition, identifying prospects, generating leads, building relationships, and onboarding employers and recruitment partners.
- Develop and promote education, training, and career pathways with Finnish employers and vocational institutions, aligning opportunities with learner needs and labour-market demand.
- Strong sales and business development experience is essential, with demonstrated ability to generate leads, engage stakeholders, and convert opportunities into partnerships.
- TVET experience/background is mandatory, with a strong understanding of vocational education, skills development, and education-to-employment pathways.
- Support learner–employer matching, training schedules, workshops, information sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Track participant progress, maintain project documentation, collect feedback, and prepare concise reports and communications.
- Support project logistics, including events, travel, scheduling, and basic budget tracking.
