OUR ROLE As Senior Merchandising Manager for IITTALA, you'll play a leading role in shaping the global product and merchandising strategy for one of Finland's most iconic heritage brands. Leading and supporting a dedicated team of merchandising professionals, you will foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing environment where your team members feel inspired to grow and succeed. Together with your team, you'll translate consumer insights, market trends, and commercial data into compelling assortments that support sustainable growth, brand elevation, and commercial excellence. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical and commercial skills, requiring close collaboration with Design, Marketing, E-commerce, NPD, and market teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.
