To support our growth, we are now looking for a
M&A Manager
The M&A Manager helps deliver the Group's growth strategy through acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and other corporate development initiatives.
The role manages the Group's day-to-day M&A activities across the transaction lifecycle, from target screening and valuation to due diligence and execution.
The M&A Manager works closely with Business Areas, Finance, Legal, and senior management, serving as the interface between internal stakeholders and external advisors.
The position takes place in Helsinki, and the chosen candidate should have availability to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- M&A Pipeline and Opportunity Management
- Manage the Group's M&A pipeline.
- Assess acquisition, divestment, joint venture, and partnership opportunities.
- Evaluate inbound opportunities and investment proposals.
- Transaction Execution
- Manage transactions from assessment through closing.
- Prepare investment cases, valuations, and Board materials.
- Coordinate internal experts and external advisors.
- Financial Analysis and Valuation
- Develop financial models and valuations.
