Strategic leadership and development of the global Medium Gas Turbine Controls engineering organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning and high performance

Implementation of the Medium Gas Turbine Controls Service growth plan in close collaboration with regional organizations

Harmonization and continuous improvement of engineering processes, methodologies, standards and digital solutions to increase efficiency, quality and scalability

Strengthening of cross-functional collaboration, talent development, succession planning and operational excellence across engineering, project execution, product management and regional teams

What You Bring

Engineering degree or comparable technical background with experience in controls, automation, electrical engineering or related disciplines

Solid professional experience in Medium Gas Turbines and/or turbine control systems

Proven leadership experience with a strong commitment to devel
