WHO ARE YOU?

You have 4+ years of experience in Rewards, with a solid grasp of the Nordic compensation landscape, benefits, and compliance frameworks. Experience with navigating collective agreements and labour union relationships is an advantage.

You have experience driving end-to-end reward processes and steering compensation frameworks to successfully embed a pay-for-performance culture.

You possess strong project management skills – a background in management consulting or fast-paced corporate environments is an advantage.

You are commercially sharp and analytical, able to transform complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.

You have a genuine enthusiasm for technology, with an eagerness to experiment with AI and are comfortable leveraging HRIS modules to audit data, build automated workflows and optimise reward processes.

You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate a cross
