We are part of business controlling at Volvo Trucks Technology and Industrial. We develop and deploy raw material market expertise, tools, methods, and governance. These enable the Volvo Group to secure and enhance its raw material-related performance and thus provide a competitive advantage to its brands.

Our team is globally spread across Asia, Europe and the Americas and is considered a center of excellence on raw material (commodity) markets. As part of our scope today, we cover various materials like flat steel, ferrous castings, forging steel, base metals, precious metals, plastics, rubber, battery materials, energy etc. Our expertise is used to support and ensure Volvo Group’s competitiveness and eventually our customers’ success.
