About the role:

You will manage and support global licensing operations to ensure licensed products, partners, and processes comply with contractual, brand, and operational requirements.

You will manage licensing systems, data integrity, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination, playing a critical role in enabling compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across licensing business areas.

Location

The role is based in Stockholm (Sweden).

What you’ll do:

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date licensing contract records in internal systems.

Support the administration of licensing agreements, including tracking key terms, timelines, and deliverables

Prepare brand licensing overviews, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Manage and update internal licensing, compliance, and monitoring systems (ex. Brand Comply, China Customs Database, etc.).

Support the Quality department in the development, maintenance, and optimization of CStaR database.

Conduct periodic audits of systems and records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Collaborate with Quality to produce and deliver quarterly CSTAR monitoring reports for licensees across all Business Areas (BAs)

Provide quarterly updates of licensee customer service contacts and product reference lists, coordinating with Account Managers for accuracy and with Electrolux’s Customer Service teams for execution and visibility
