Customer Communicator – France | French Speaking

About this role

Responsibilities

• As our Customer Support – France, you will be the main point of contact for many of our French-speaking customers.
• Your main focus will be to make sure customers receive fast, helpful and professional support throughout their experience with Signs On Demand – from their first questions through to ordering, delivery and after-sales support.
• You will work closely with our French market team and colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Production and Logistics in Sweden and Germany.
• Your Main Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries by email and phone in French
• Help customers with product questions, orders and general support
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and shipping issues
• Handle complaints and find practical solutions to customer problems
• Help customers understand our products and online ordering process
• Support customers with quotations, registrations and orders when needed
• Coordinate with production, logistics and sales teams to resolve customer issues
• Keep customer information and cases updated in our systems
• Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues or improvement ideas to the team
• Help build strong, long-term relationships with our French customers
• Support the French market team with other customer-related activities when needed

• We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and who takes pride in giving customers a good experience.
• You are probably someone who:
• Is a native or fluent French speaker
• Has excellent written and spoken French
• Is comfortable com
