DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER – HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS
Do you have a passion for heat pump technology, thermodynamics, and developing innovative products? If so, this could be an opportunity for you.
We are looking for a Development Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of next-generation heat pump technology for tumble dryers. In this role, you will be driving testing, verification, and performance improvements to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability before products reach the market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Development Engineer for the heat pump systems, your main responsibility is to plan, execute, and evaluate tests on heat pump systems and drying technologies. You will analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions.
Other responsibilities:
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of heat pump-based products.
Verify new technical solutions and concepts.
Document test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Work with measurement equipment, data acquisition systems, and validation methods.
Participate in development projects together with design and systems engineers.
