As a Delivery Coordinator at GlobalConnect Finland, you will play a central role in delivering digital infrastructure solutions. You will coordinate several deliveries and smaller projects at the same time, making sure that customers, technicians, and external teams are working from the same plan.

You will join a small delivery team where you will have a broad stakeholder network and the opportunity to improve both the customer experience and the quality of our deliveries.

What you need to thrive A couple of years of relevant work experience.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.

Experience from customer service and/or coordinating projects, deliveries, or multiple stakeholders at the same time.

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

About the role and the team

You will have a coordinating role with close contact with both customers and colleagues. Your task will be to manage the service delivery from the signed order to the handover to the customer. You'll create overview, book resources, follow up on progress, and ensure that all relevant parties are aligned to execute the deliveries. You'll be also responsible for the customer communication.

Internally you will work closely with Network Engineers, and Field Technicians. You will report to a Delivery Manager and become part of a small team with a cooperative and collaborative way of working.

This role influences customer satisfaction. You will help ensure that deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with the deadlines agreed.
