We are now looking for an

APPLICATIONS LEAD, DIGITAL MARKETING & SALES

to own and continuously develop Finnair's digital marketing and sales application domain in alignment with Finnair's retailing strategy and Aurinkomatkat's strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Agentforce application landscape, ensuring that the platforms enable scalable, data-driven and personalised marketing and state-of-the-art B2B sales capabilities. Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, digital teams, customer experience, loyalty, Aurinkomatkat, Finnair Cargo, data and partners, you will help maximise business value and create seamless customer journeys across channels.
