Responsibilities

• Process Ownership & DesignMap end-to-end internal processes that span multiple systems (e.g., employee lifecycle), identifying gaps, redundant steps, and data-consistency risks between systems
• Define target-state process flows and translate them into clear, buildable requirements, coordinating with IT and system owners as needed
• Continuously reassess process health as the org scales (new entities, new headcount, new tools) and flag where a process will break before it does
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder CoordinationIdentify and convene the right stakeholders per workstream, driving decision making and escalating where necessary
• Run structured working sessions to get alignment on process ownership, sequencing, and who's accountable for what
• Keep a lightweight, current record of decisions and open questions so nothing
