Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management) or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience managing technical, multi-disciplinary programs or capital construction projects from planning to handover.

Experience overseeing construction quality and commissioning (QCx) in data centers or technology mission-critical facilities.

Experience managing general contractors, specialized trade subcontractors (electrical, mechanical, controls), and third-party commissioning agents.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing construction projects in an international or regional setting.

Preferred qualifications:Active professional commissioning or project management certification, such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP), Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), or PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP).

Direct experience utilizing enterprise construction management and commissioning software (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, Procore, CxAlloy, or Latista).

Deep technical knowledge of data center electrical, mechanical, and controls equipment, combined with continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean Construction, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA).

Familiarity with European and Nordic construction regulations, environmental standards, and local contractor ecosystems in hyperscale data center builds.
