We are looking for a

Legal Counsel

to join KONE's legal team in Finland.

You will be a trusted legal partner to the business, advising colleagues on a broad range of commercial and legal matters, negotiating agreements and turning complex legal questions into clear, practical solutions. You will have the opportunity to work independently, influence decisions and contribute directly to sustainable and profitable business. Technology and continuous improvement are important to us. You will be encouraged to explore how AI and other digital tools can make legal work smarter, more efficient and more valuable to the business.

Your impact

Act as a trusted legal adviser to business leaders and colleagues, and support the prevention and resolution of contractual issues and disputes.

Draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier and other commercial agreements.

Coordinate external legal advisors when specialist support is required.

Develop and update legal policies, guidelines and contract templates.

Identify legal and commercial risks early and help the business manage them effectively.

Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and translate them into clear business actions.

Design and deliver engaging legal training.

Collaborate across functions and countries to achieve business objectives with an appropriate level of legal risk.

What will help you succeed

Hold an LL.M. or equivalent university degree in law.

Have approximately three to five years of relevant legal experience, gained in-house, at a law firm or through a combination of both.

Are fluent in Finnish and English. Other languages, including Swedish being a plus.
