We are now looking for a customer-oriented and sales-minded Customer Service Specialist to strengthen our Order Desk team in Hollola.

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for order processing, customer service, and sales support. You will work closely with customers, our sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities include:

Receiving and processing customer orders in the ERP system.

Preparing quotations and supporting the quotation process.

Providing high-quality customer service across a variety of inquiries.

Identifying customer needs and proactively recognizing sales opportunities.
