We're looking for a Lead Software Developer to strengthen our AI competence in Posti's business operations. Additionally, you'll build high-quality backend services with Python and AWS, work closely with product owners and domain owners, and have an impact that reaches beyond a single team.

You might be the right fit if you have:

Hands-on experience applying AI to real business operations, beyond hobby and PoC projects

Solid experience on the backend side with Python and AWS

Genuine curiosity about new AI technologies, libraries and best practices in the area

Experience across the full SDLC

Experience leading the technical direction, representing engineers, and making architectural decisions and tradeoff calls

Bonus points for: LiteLLM, RAG, AWS Bedrock, AWS CDK, production LLM work, or order management systems.
