We are now looking for a Senior Software Developer

The person we are looking for has a strong background in developing high quality backend services with Python and AWS. In this position you will play a key role in our Operations domain services working on Posti's core capabilities. You will be working closely with our product owners, domain owners and cross-teams.

We hope that you have:

You have previous experience with software development, architecture ownership on the backend. We are using: Python, AWS on the backend side and React/TS on the frontend.

Familiarity building with LLMs, such as integrating models via APIs, agent and LLM orchestration, MCP servers or RAG, and an interest in bringing AI into how we build software.

You also have experience with various areas of the software development life-cycle, starting from requirements to software development, building, testing, deploying, security and maintaining.
