About this role

Responsibilities

• Marketing activity planning and execution:
• Planning and execution of Digital Power ToC marketing activities, establishment of online and offline marketing platforms such as global flagship branding activities, Social Media Marketing
• Online advertising, Promotion, improve brand awareness and reputation, and support the achievement of product line business goals.
• Product marketing:
• Manage MKT channels (KOLs, media channels, corporate website, digital publications, magazines, etc.) for the Digital Power domain and increase the SOV by wave in accordance with the annual communication plan to support the achievement of business goals.
• Knowledge
• Understand the Digital Power business and have insight into the psychology of Digital Power market audiences.
• Understand knowledge about ToC Marketing.
• Capability
• Project management: Successfully attain project goals through process planning, time management, task management, personnel management, and resource integration and utilization.
• Innovation: Be good at innovation, keep a close eye on the industry market, and be sensitive to the latest marketing methods and display techniques.
• Communication: Have a strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and execution facilitation capabilities, good at coordinating and utilizing resources from related teams to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Be skilled in creative design and proficient in mainstream video and graphic design tools.
• Background
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least three years of experience working in marketing.
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Employment is on-site work at client's premises at Helsinki, contract is full-time and permanent via ManpowerGroup.
