Responsibilities
- You will drive the long-term success of our HIL platform models by developing efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions that integrate seamlessly with our automated testing platform. A key part of your work will be ensuring the continued evolution of the platform as underlying vendor software changes and existing models are replaced.
- Develop, configure, and maintain real-time simulation models using OPAL-RT platform.
- Develop electrical system models for UPS, battery, power conversion, and grid-interaction applications.
- Model IGBT, MOSFET, and other power semiconductor switching characteristics.
- Optimize simulation performance, accuracy, and real-time execution.
- Design, build, and maintain HIL setups, cabinets, and test benches.
- Develop HIL drawers, interface boards, signal conditioning circuits, and custom electronics.
- Configure and maintain analog and digital communication interfaces.
- Develop fixtures and peripherals required to emulate field devices, sensors, communication networks, and power systems.
