We are currently looking for a Finance Data & Systems Analyst who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Finance, FP&A, and Data teams, your focus will be on enabling better decision-making through reliable data, advanced analytics, and digital solutions. In this role, you will combine your understanding of Finance processes with your analytical expertise and ability to drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across Finance.
Responsibilities
- Finance Data & Analytics:
- Act as the Finance representative and key business partner for collaboration with the Data team, ensuring Finance requirements are understood and translated into scalable data solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance to identify data needs, improve reporting capabilities, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise Finance datasets, reports, and dashboards to provide accurate and actionable insights.
- Support data quality, governance, and documentation initiatives to ensure consistency and
