We're looking for a Senior AI Automation & Systems Engineer to own the technical infrastructure behind our content and design operation, from planning and research, through AI-assisted production and quality control, to publishing and distribution.
This position is fully remote and is open to applicants based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of our content and design factory: tooling selection, automation pipelines, quality management, and agent orchestration that let a small team produce at scale.
- Design and development (structuring, prompting, QA) of complex multistep content and design creation workflows and interfaces as skills in model harnesses and external content workflow tools (e.g., AirOps, n8n).
- Think through the user journey and create UI integrations into existing solutions (e.g., Supabase databases) or vibe-code and maintain UI and interfaces for workflows, databases, etc. (search, export data, import to other workflows).
- Keep our stack modular and replaceable, evaluating tools continuously and making changes before we become dependent on the wrong ones.
