Engineering Manager - Cloud & Security (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• As an Engineering Manager in our Tooling & Security department, you are directly responsible for maintaining and improving our internal tooling, cloud governance and security. You will lead an international, world-class team of engineers, and will help the rest of FINN work efficiently and securely in their day to day jobs.

• Your Profile
• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or in a similar field.
• Proven track record with 5+ years of software engineering experience in larger projects.
• 2+ years of experience building and leading a team of software engineers in a fast-pace development environment.
• Experience with platform or security engineering practices. Ideally, you have hands-on experience with leading disaster recovery and incident response efforts. (Those are not a daily reality at FINN, but you will be expected to own them if need be.)
• Ability to own and drive company-wide technical projects (e.g., migrations, patching, etc.) from the position o
