As a Legal Tech company, the legal function plays a central role in Youtrust's activities.<br><br><strong>Your missions</strong></p><p><br>Starting in September 2026, as an apprentice legal counsel, your main missions will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Product compliance</strong>: contributing to product development to ensure compliance from the design phase, through go‑to‑market, and throughout the entire product lifecycle.</p></li><li><p><strong>Regulatory watch</strong>: maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date knowledge within the legal team and operational teams, in order to secure and streamline day‑to‑day business activities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Continuous improvement of tools</strong>: designing and rolling out tools and methods that simplify and optimise the work of the legal team and operational teams.</p></li></ul><div><p><br><br><strong>Ideal profile</strong><br>The ideal apprentice legal counsel:</p></div><ul><li><p>Is enrolled in a Master’s degree (M2) in technology law or digital law, ideally with a focus on trust service providers.</p></li><li><p>Joins under an apprenticeship contract.</p></li><li><p>Is comfortable with regulations applicable to trust service providers, in particular eIDAS v1 and v2, as well as the GDPR.</p></li><li><p>Is confident communicating, both written and spoken, in French and English.</p></li><li><p>Is rigorous and highly organised.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>Why join Youtrust now?</strong></h4><ul><li><p>A mission that matters in a world challenged by AI-driven fraud</p></li><li><p>A vision built on integrity</p></li><li><p>A European & sovereign platform</p></li><li><p>A certified B Corp</p></li><li><p><strong>The golden age of Youtrust</strong></p></li></ul>
