As a Communication Specialist, you will lead and coordinate internal communication activities, working closely with management as well as Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications.

Your focus will be on creating clear, engaging and high-quality communication for employees and other stakeholders while contributing to increased brand awareness and supporting broader business objectives.

✍️ Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Create newsletters, internal articles, presentations and other communication materials.

Support management with communication needs and messaging.

Identify opportunities to highlight relevant products, services and business activities.

Develop and implement communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement.

Support brand awareness and customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Prepare reports related to communication and media activities.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop new communication ideas and approaches.

Coordinate and quality-assure content to ensure it is ready for publication.

Respond to communication-related needs in a timely and structured manner.

🎯 Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.

Has proven experience creating targeted and engaging content.

Has strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Has strong copywriting and presentation skills.

Is highly organized and comfortable coordinating multiple communication activities.
