The Global Headquarters for Volvo Financial Services is seeking a Director Digital Delivery Area Engagement to oversee the digital delivery strategy, client engagement, and execution of complex, technology driven projects to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- As Director Digital Delivery Area Engagement, you will play a key role in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale, technically complex digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and operational excellence. You will contribute to the digital transformation initiatives to drive engagement and innovation.
- Your starting point will be to, together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, take responsibilities in the following areas:
- Partner with the Global Marketing and Communications team to support the Customer and Partner Engagement Business Domain
- Optimize originations, and sales and customer platforms
- Collaborate with Volvo Group business areas to better integrate VFS into the total offer sales journey
- Partner with Renault Trucks in their AI HVIA initiatives for sales acceleration
- Strategy development
- Partner with senior leadership to execute plans with the support of multiple cross-functional teams
- Lead discovery, technical implementation, and delivery of high-profile, multi-platform integration projects from concept to completion
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with governance
