About the Role
As our Integration Specialist, you'll be the technical backbone of how BeeHealthy platform connects with our customers' wider healthcare ecosystem. Working alongside Customer Delivery Managers, integration partners, and our Product and Engineering teams, you'll work in customer integration projects and plan, configure, and test integrations to ensure our platform works seamlessly with external systems. In addition, you'll support our Service Delivery with integration related issue resolving and setting up new integrations. In the role you'll turn the patterns you see across projects into documentation, tooling, and partner enablement that help BeeHealthy scale its integration capability for the long term. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys direct customer and partner contact, is comfortable translating ambiguous technical requirements into clear specifications, and cares about doing it all in a way that respects the compliance and regulatory realities of healthcare data.
What you will doAct as the primary technical point of contact for integration-related questions during customer implementation and integration projects, working alongside the Customer Delivery Managers and Service Delivery Managers.
