Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will work alongside experienced colleagues on client assignments related to domestic and cross-border transactions. Depending on your experience and development, your responsibilities may include:

Support domestic and cross-border M&A transactions throughout the deal lifecycle, working closely with experienced transaction lawyers.

Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence as well as assist in identifying and analyzing transaction-related legal risks,

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation,

Assist with transaction execution, including signing and closing preparations, corporate approvals, and deal project management,

Provide legal analyses to support client decision-making.
