Responsibilities
- In this role, you will act as a technical expert on Eaton EMEA 3ph UPS products to enable and support smooth operations of Eaton Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and partners (ASPs) across EMEA region. You will also provide service trainings for Field Service Engineers while creating and maintaining service documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with 3-phase UPS systems.
- Provide first class technical support to local and regional field service engineers in their daily activities
- Manage and lead troubleshooting and take corrective actions in challenging field incidents
- Report to Quality organization of field findings
- Run service trainings for FSEs and ASPs, including onsite, remote and E Learning trainings
- Assist FSEs and customers with the installation, configuration and start-up of UPS systems
- Improve the content and quality of service trainings
- Create and maintain a comprehensive service knowledge base, technical documentation, field service bulletins and service guides
- Participate new product development projects as a voice of customer and provide field service perspective
