Purpose

As Team & Tech Lead, you'll combine people leadership with hands-on engineering. You'll build and grow your own engineering team, shape the technical direction and stay close to the code. You'll also play a key role in embedding AI and automation into engineering workflows while collaborating closely with teams across locations.

Your tasks:Build and grow your own engineering team, including hiring key technical roles.

Lead, mentor and develop engineers, including performance management, feedback and professional growth.

Define and drive technical direction, architecture and engineering standards.

Stay hands-on by writing code, contributing to features and solving complex technical challenges.

Drive the adoption of AI and automation across engineering workflows, including AI-assisted development and AI agents.

Work closely with Product and UX to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure reliable delivery through a "you build it, you run it" approach.
