Purpose
In this role, you will drive the launch, growth and optimisation of paid digital marketing activities in Finland. You'll manage campaigns and budgets across key performance channels, using data and testing to improve results, identify growth opportunities and scale customer acquisition.
Your tasks:Create, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Display.
Own campaign budgets and continuously optimise performance against key business KPIs.
Analyse campaign results and translate performance data into actionable improvements.
Plan and run tests across audiences, creatives, channels and campaign setups to identify growth opportunities.
Explore and launch new performance marketing channels.
Support the development of tracking, measurement and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and partners to deliver campaigns.
Monitor the Finnish market, competitors and digital marketing trends.
