We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Managing Director to lead and grow our local operations in Estonia. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who combines strong business acumen with a passion for customer relationships, team development, and sustainable growth.

As Managing Director, you will have full responsibility for the performance and development of the local business, leading strategy, sales, operations, financial results, and customer success.

Your Mission

As Managing Director, you will:

Lead the local business with full responsibility for revenue, profitability, operations, and growth.

Develop and execute the country strategy in line with BM Certification's vision and objectives.

Drive sustainable sales growth and expand our market presence across key industries.

Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team focused on customer excellence and operational quality.

Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, industry associations, regulators, and accreditation bodies.

Ensure the integrity, impartiality, and quality of certification activities in accordance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Identify new business opportunities, service areas, and partnerships to support long-term growth.

Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and key performance indicators while ensuring strong financial performance.
