We are looking for a Learning, Development and Culture Manager to lead initiatives that foster continuous learning, strengthen leadership capability, and cultivate an engaging, high-performance workplace culture. This role partners with different leads and the HR department to design and deliver learning programs, drive employee engagement, and embed our organizational values across the employee lifecycle.

Learning & Development

Develop and implement the company's learning and development strategy.

Identify capability gaps and create learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, workshop
