We believe the winner in this space runs on AI. We want you to build that.</p><p></p><p>What you'll work on:</p><ul><li><p>Find the problems. Work with ops, product, and business teams. Spot where AI creates real value and where it does not.</p></li><li><p>Design the solutions. Agents, workflows, retrieval, or plain code. Pick the simplest thing that works.</p></li><li><p>Ship with the team. Production services in Go, Python, and TypeScript on GCP and Kubernetes. Own reliability, cost, and evaluation.</p></li><li><p>Build agentic systems and AI integrations into our existing products and operations.</p></li><li><p>Set the standard for AI-assisted development across the team.</p></li><li><p>Measure impact. Evals, monitoring, business metrics. Kill what does not work.</p></li></ul><h4><br>Your toolbox (today)</h4><p>Go, Python, TypeScript/React, GCP, Kubernetes on GKE, GitHub Actions, Vercel, BigQuery, Claude Code, Copilot.<br></p><h4>What we're looking for:</h4><ul><li><p>Solid software engineer first. You have shipped and run production systems end to end.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable across the stack: Go or Python, TypeScript, GCP, Kubernetes.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on with LLMs in production: agents, tool use, RAG, structured outputs, evals.</p></li><li><p>You think in business outcomes, not demos.</p></li><li><p>Ownership mindset. You have led initiatives from scoping to rollout.</p></li><li><p>Pragmatic.
