HR Specialist

We apply Agile HR principles, working closely with the organisation, learning through feedback and data, and continuously adapting our people practices as our needs evolve. This is a broad and hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys combining people interaction with structure, independent responsibility and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- As HR Specialist, you will work closely with our Head of HR. You will independently manage and coordinate defined HR processes and support employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
- You will have a broad role spanning recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration and data, work environment activities and day-to-day HR support. You will be responsible for ensuring that the processes within your area are well structured, professionally delivered and continuously improved.
- This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating structure and making sure things get done, while providing a professional and positive experience for candidates, employees and People Leads.
