Group Technology Strategy and AI is responsible for development and execution of Nordea’s technology strategy, and is a Center of Excellence for AI Nordea’s AI value creation and execution.
In our team Tech Strategy & Enablement, we are looking for a highly motivated technology strategist who thrives in complexity, enjoys connecting the dots across a large organisation, and can translate long-term ambitions into practical outcomes. You will work across Group Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Risk, Finance and business stakeholders to help shape Nordea’s technology strategy, support major transformation initiatives, provide strategic guidance on modernisation and investment decisions, assess emerging technology trends and regulatory developments, and produce executive-level material for senior leadership
What you’ll be doing:
Shape and evolve Nordea’s technology strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across Group Technology and the wider organisation.
Drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs across areas such as modernisation, cloud, engineering, resilience, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
Develop executive-level analyses, recommendations and decision material for senior leadership and governance forums.
Provide strategic guidance and constructive challenge on technology investments to ensure alignment with Nordea’s long-term objectives.
Monitor market, technology and regulatory developments, translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
Build strong relationships across technology, architecture, finance, risk and business teams to drive alignment and execution.
