As a Senior Digital Product Designer, you independently lead complex and ambiguous initiatives, mentor more junior designers, and contribute to the overall experience of quality. You identify opportunities, frame problems, sequence of work and own design decisions within the product team, and sometimes across multiple teams. You shape direction with cross-functional partners, connect experience outcomes to product value and improve quality through scalable methodologies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Proactively improve the experience for users, finding opportunities, solving complex problems, and creating complex experience design strategies.
