Senior Production Engineer - Robotics

About this role

Responsibilities

• Support production by solving technical issues and improving manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with line technicians, operators, and managers to ensure production efficiency.
• Develop assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA.
• Ensure the right production tools and equipment are available at the correct workstations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in assembly/manufacturing environments.
• Master's degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
